Refer-a-Friend Program Terms & Conditions

OakleyCanvasPrints may, from time to time, offer our customers and users of our website the opportunity to receive rewards toward future purchases from OakleyCanvasPrints.com by referring other real people (“Program”). If you choose to participate in the Program, you are subject to OakleyCanvasPrints’ website Terms & Conditions and OakleyCanvasPrints Privacy Policy (both available on our website) as well as the following additional Referral Program Terms & Conditions:

Definitions:

• Referrer. A “referrer” is a real person who refers other real people to www.OakleyCanvasPrints.com. To participate as a Referrer, visit https://www.OakleyCanvasPrints.com/get-free-canvas-prints and follow the instructions to refer others to the website. There is no limit to the amount of people you can refer. For every “Qualified Referral” (defined below), a Referrer may be eligible to receive “Referral Reward(s)” also defined below.
• Referred Customer. A Referred Customer is defined as a real person who visits our website by clicking your Refer-a-Friend Program link embedded into the email, Social Post, Facebook or Facebook messenger invitation sent by you. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). A Referred Customer will receive a discount ranging from 50-85% off (or $10 - $20 off) of a single online purchase at www.OakleyCanvasPrints.com.
• Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a minimum purchase of $50 made at www.OakleyCanvasPrints.com by a Referred Customer. You are limited to one Referral Reward for each Qualified Referral; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals and will not earn additional Referral Rewards. A Qualified Referral does not include gift card purchases, or purchases cancelled within 24 hours. OakleyCanvasPrints, in its sole discretion, has the right to determine whether or not you have made a Qualified Referral based on your adherence to these Terms & Conditions.
• Referral Reward. Referral Rewards are earned as the result of Qualified Referrals only. The Referrer shall receive one (1) Referral Reward valued toward future purchases at OakleyCanvasPrints.com for each valid and verified Qualified Referral generated by that Referrer. Referral Rewards may not be used to adjust previous purchases and is void where taxed, restricted or prohibited by law. Referral Rewards are valid for one-time use. Referral Rewards are non-transferable, are not redeemable for cash, and are subject to change without notice. Referral Rewards cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Referral Rewards must be used prior to any specified expiration date. The Referral Reward is determined by OakleyCanvasPrints and is subject to change at OakleyCanvasPrints sole discretion.
• Reward Payments. Referral Rewards are either a Free 8x8, Free 11x14, Free 16x20, or up to $20 off redeemable at OakleyCanvasPrints.com with each qualifying purchase. The reward amount depends on the amount of Qualified Referrals sent. No more than 50 Referral Rewards will be awarded per calendar year. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards.

Eligibility:

• Eligibility is limited to real, individual persons only. To be a Referrer, you must be at least 18 years old, and be legally permitted to provide the personal information (e.g., name and email address) of each Referred Customer. OakleyCanvasPrints’ Refer-a-Friend Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation or for any other purpose. Employees of OakleyCanvasPrints or their subsidiaries, affiliates, or promotional agencies, including immediate family and household members, are not eligible to participate in the Program.
• No Spam. You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from OakleyCanvasPrints’ Refer-a-Friend program.
• Right to Close Accounts. OakleyCanvasPrints reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer or Referred Customer if the Referrer or Referred Customer attempts to use the OakleyCanvasPrints Refer-a-Friend program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
• Right to Cancel or Change Program or Change Terms. OakleyCanvasPrints reserves the right to modify, limit, terminate, discontinue or cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. If we change these Terms & Conditions, we will post the updated version on www.OakleyCanvasPrints.com. Any unclaimed Referral Rewards will be forfeited at that time.
• Privacy. The personal information of each Referrer and Referred Customer will be collected, processed, and used in accordance with Company’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.OakleyCanvasPrints.com/about/privacy . In addition, personal information may be used by Company on Company's behalf, to contact any Referrer or Referred Customer with regard to participation in the Program and to receive communications via the Program.
